Returns are hard to get. I can never talk to customer service, which makes it difficult. The USPS service said the return code was wrong.

Not received order,
- My order hasn't arrived after a month and tracking shows it was delivered at 2:30 am.
- It's been in town with no communication; I feel ignored.
I haven't received my order; it's been an entire month and 4 days. It has been in my town for a few days.
I wrote this on your site yesterday, and tracking says it was delivered at 2:30 a.m.
I just feel like there is no communication. I feel tossed aside; I am starting to get passed off.

Did not receive my merchandise
I saw a notification in my email that the package was in Miami. After 3-4 days, the notification disappeared, but the package was never delivered. I did not receive my merchandise.

No delivery still even though the tracking says it was delivered yesterday at 2:42am
The only contact has been Pissed consumer. This has been a really stupid untrustable site.!
I have not had any number to call it actually didn't exist. I was so excited for this order.
I just lost weight. It's so expensive these days
Tracking for my order says they delivered the package at 2:42 in the morning. Which never happened. They have not tried to contact me at all.

Need a return label or q card to send return back
- I am returning the black dress received today; no order number.
- I want the yellow dress in size 12; please refund if double payment occurred.
I have called several times trying to contact StyleWe about a return. I don't have the order number, but I ordered a black dress in November and I have received that black dress. The same black dress came to my residence today (Saturday, February 14th) and I am trying to return that dress. Could you email or text me the return order number? I also spoke to someone through chat. I wanted the same dress in a different color (yellow) in size 12. I paid with my debit card and it didn't go through, then I paid with PayPal, and from looking at my account, StyleWe got paid twice. Please refund back to my account if I paid twice for the yellow dress.

- The only reply is "we received your order."
- The phone number seems like a joke to attract customers.
I ordered an item on March 29th the only correspondence I have had from the company since then is we received your order. The phone number is a joke, its just to get customers to this place here!. You cant take peoples money like that

Have not received my order after amonth of waiting it's been sitting in my town for 4 days.
- The order has been paid and tracking shows it has been near home for 4 days with no movement and a refund may be requested if not delivered soon.
My order has been paid. My order has been on a long trip.
I have been patient Ihave been diligently checking my tracking it says it's just been not far from my house for 4 days.

- Please provide the current ETA for delivery.
- Items are for a trip and a wedding; delays and deletions are upsetting.
Please give me a current ETA on when my order will be delivered. I have a trip planned and these items are for my trip and a wedding.
It has never took this long. Also the things get deleted, I am not happy about that.
I want to order other merchandise but not until all these orders are complete. Thank you in advance for a quick response.
