I can't get a return label, and talking to a person is not going to happen, so I'm just out of luck. I need a smaller size.

I ordered a dress on May 15th 2026 and I have not received it yet I just want to know when am I going to receive it when I look at the details it says processing so it take that long to process when will I receive it hopefully before next month and you can't get a hold of anyone to tell you what's really happening

Paid for 2 dresses only received 1 order placed June 4 received the orange dress on June 17 no word on the polka dot dress received a message that it was being shipped separately or something to that affect i would like to have my dress I paid $113 for the 2. I have sent message on the live chat no results please help me

The company can do better by speaking with their customers and not hiding behind this fake *** information that you don't get anywhere with I don't know what to tell you but the delivery stinks

I washed my beautiful dress and it faded. I washed it in cold water on delicate.

Laid it flat to dry.

I am very disappointed. I got a lot of compliments when I wore it.
