I paid for an outfit not just the pants were is the sweater top that goes with the pants I paid a Good price & it was for a two piece pants set which Ive just received only the pants not the top.

When trying to reach out to customer service, the call is always a busy signal. However, when numerous and numerous attempts I get through and then it disconnects several times back to back.

All I wanted is to know the steps I need to take toi return items for a bigger size. I have been shopping frequently, and I not getting the customer care that I was expecting. Not good busy and I refuse to continue ordering until my issues get resolved.

They gave the wrong number for a phone number but when you E-Mail them you get a fast response . So I will continue to buy from them no problem with the clothing excellent

I really want my dress it's for a photo shoot for my 11th anniversary on February 24th that's why I ordered it last month and you also called delivered on the 16th of January but you only delivered the pants not the dress

I'm trying to order from your online shop and I have a 25% coupon that I have not used, and it says it's available. Then when I try to use it, it says you have used it too many times, and in fact, I've never used it.

Need to use a coupon for this order. It is saying that the coupon is not valid because it's been used too many times, but I've never used this coupon for 25% off. My order is over $200.

I have made several puchase from stylewe and frankly have been satisfied. However, where there are issues with an order.

I contacted your company and provided the order number. The reply back was provide my card number, email and phone number.

Additionally, the carrier information along with the delivery date was requested. Why? Shouldn't you be able to access that info.

I ordered 2 outfits in January, size 16 and 18. I received only a size medium shirt, no skirt, which was too small.

The numbers that I am calling are not receiving phone calls, going to an operator who says it's not in service. I would just like to cancel the order and be refunded the $84.37 paid.

received the dress and the blouse to the set but not the skirt.

Can't speak to a live person about what it was already out of water and now they're saying another three weeks

And then to be shipped another 10 to 15 days.Which would we over two months

Need to speak with a live agent. Need help returning packages. I will buy again once these items are returned
