I’m being forced to keep merchandise that I wasn’t able to return due to unfriendly return instructions
I tried to locate how to return the merchandise within days. The instructions were to login and then I was asked about a password which I had as not familiar with.
Email to request label no response. Once my granddaughter came over it even took her a couple of emails to request for label.
Then it came up couldnt locate order it was also something never received label. Im stuck with a dress that I paid almost $50 with no use for

Deeply disappointex
1. The items arrived months after purchase.
2. The small was the same size as the large.
3. There were no buttonholes for the buttons to go through.
4. The only way to make a return is to email the company. I did 6 times and never received a response.
I had high hopes and am very disappointed. Please help to refund my money, this order cost me $90.

I have three duplicate orders that haven't been paid for. I need to order for a wedding. I tried to cancel last night because some clothes on the first order weren't on the second order, and I need these for a wedding.

Need a LABEL to return a order
I contacted the company Stylewe ( which they make very hard to do)..also there is a phone number I found for this company, which I tried to call but it is ALWAYS busy.. I just needed a label to return a item that is too small, though said they would send one, I still haven't received it ! too bad bc I really like their clothes.makem

Tried several times to exchange size and ridiculous exchange condition No accessibility to anyone
I feel very bad and hope they will address my issue of return and exchange. I also feel that they are using unreasonable strategies to make it impossible for customers to make returns and reach them.
- Not able to contact someone size on site does not match when the clothe is purchased i wear size 8 in us but your size 8 does not fit me but you site indicated it was size 8 us

Trying to correct my order before you send it out
My order, tracking number 1066****, for the regular fit, elegant pants, appears to have an error. Instead of the pants, I intended to order the associated sweater/top that goes with them.
In fact, I was trying to order the blouse which complements the pants. Please note that my size is 14 extra large.
Since I already have the pants from my previous order, could you please send me the blouse instead? Thank you.

Make the product look like what you've advertised. This garment looks nothing like the advertisement on the website.
It should have pleats, not gathered, and it's too long; the skirt and the attachment is an inch shorter. Poor quality duplicate.
