Never received red dress

Refund me my money because I didnt receive the item purchased. Communicate with the consumer the availability of the item and the option to refund or wait. Very poor customer service.

I tried ordering a larger size and I don't know what happened. I usually order a 2x, but your garments are smaller, so I ordered a larger size.

The jacket was supposed to be a size larger, a 3x. I guess it was a given since I never sent anything back or attempted to. I received a size 2x. I always order from StyleWe.

Check it out for yourself. But please help (757-305-****).

Preferred solution: I would love to have a larger size jacket at least a 3x I hate to say that I lost money because in that case I’ve lost more than just for this jacket but yes it is a suit, I haven’t received the skirt as of yet. I can go back and check

I ordered an outfit based on a picture a saw on Facebook. When I received one piece of the outfit.

It was totally different in color style and fabric.

It was not made well.

They offered a refund only at 20% off the balance i paid. 49.94, my refund id 9.93 cents

I have proof you debited my money of $147 out of my account. That's my proof.

It's not my fault because you all dropped the ball. Send me my tracking number for my Red Sequin dress so I can find out where my dress is, or you can refund my money back; this is my point. This is frustrating and I will not tell my family or friends Naw. I can only say I like the white dress, cannot tell you about the Red dress I never received.

So no, I will not put anyone through this kind of agravation.

Not cool. Im going yo be looking for my order # & tracking # within the next 12-24 hours.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They changed the order sizes like I requested, and apologized. A 15% discount was offered.

Tried to call and chat, no success. Wanted to change the size of my order 1080**** to size M, I found six more items that were the wrong size, 1080**** to M, 1080**** to L, 1080**** to M, 180**** to M, 1080**** to M, and 1080**** to M.

I feel that the company sell cheap merchandise and when you want to return the merchandise, they only want return a part of the merchandise price or they credit you for one item. I am on a fixed income and I don't have money to give away. I will never order anything else from the company nor recommend them.
