I am extremely pissed about your company. I've tried many times to reach out to your company.
To date, there has been no response. Your company takes payments without delivering items. I tried to return items that I bought but never received a return receipt. I tried several times but I'm stuck with items that I can't return.
Items are sold out and you still want to take my money.
I will not shop at your company anymore and will not recommend it to anyone. I will have to report this matter.

Contact number comes up incorrect
I printed the return label from you but it keeps reading error from the USPS. Your contact number is a blank from the operator and that whats Im seeing, Please help correct this before I order anything else. Ill Truely appreciate it

Purchase dress! 30 ins later they said they sent the dress already!
When it clearly says on your website, 'Allow 2-5 processing days!' So we here in Los Angeles know you have not sent the dress out yet! So that's the 1st lie!

Resolved: The return policy is very misleading and not as easy as they say it is.
I have been trying for over three to four days to return two dresses that I purchased. I went to the website under return, but that didn't work.
I tried to call the number the website referred me to, and the line stayed busy all day long. I put the number on speed-dial, and it rang but went into a busy line. I have tried everything to reach out to them...
with no luck. I will never order anything from this company again.

Gave me the wrong number, got ripped off, only got the tops to the 2 outfits I ordered that were supposed to be Mother's Day gifts that I felt would be a great gift.
So no gift out of $250.00.
And no extra money to get any gift, *** the *** off.
Will never order from you again. I have ordered before twice and was very satisfied both times. This is heartbreaking. This is Thursday; I know they won't be here on time, but the gifts mean a lot to me even if I know they are on their way.

I haven't received my order. That was placed April the sixth 2026.
They have very poor service. Even if you want to return an item after going through all the prompts, most of them are not active, and you cannot get a response.
