On January 30 I made a purchase of four items so far I have received only two items two dresses l. I was charged $182.07 into my Delta SkyMiles American Express account. It turned out that I was billed for two skirts of the same type. I was given a refund of $29 for one skirt, so I was expecting Stylewe to send me the order of the yellow skirt and the blouse. Up to date, I have NOT received my order.

Want to speak to a person, I dont have 100 words to describe what this company is putting me through to get a refund or answer on a missing piece that Ive ordered and then want to charge me five dollars to talk to somebody. This is a bunch of *** Im going to contact the Better Business Bureau on this company. Ive paid for an item that contained three different pieces I received two. Im trying to find out what happened to the largest amount item that was not in the package.

Forget all about the BBB ; it has zero legal authority anywhere in the world. It is privately owned and operated and supported by "member"businesses who pay a fee for the little gold sticker on the cash register or front door.

It is an urban legend, not the "Protector of the People" or the "Commerce Police". Somehow a huge misconception has taken place in the minds of many people who assume that it is some sort of actual representative authority.

It is not. Never has been.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. The company couldn't grant a full refund so we agreed on a 50% refund provided the USPS Carrier could not track my package.

The company provided additional information for me to track my package through USPS Carrier but it was unsuccessful. StyleWe was very helpful in resolving this issue.

I purchased my merchandise over a month ago and I have not received it. I've tried contacting customer service and it's unsuccessful and the call drops. It's so disappointing. I don't recommend this company. It's so many online company's today that offer great service, fashion and customer service.

Returned merchandise issue

I placed an order had to return due to items did not fit and one item was sent twice. This is the order number HBB0336****.

I contacted the company on January 12th or around that time to verify merchandise had been received and how long will it take to be reimbursed. I never spoke to a live person I had to contact an expert who gave me the run around. The expert did say they received the merchandise but wasnt clear of when I would be credited for returned merchandise. Im still in the process of waiting to hear from the billing department for refund .

Ive become a very unhappy customer at present due to return merchandise and how it has been handle. I will contact my bank to inform them that I feel Ive been scammed .
