Horrible Experience

I purchased an item in January that I still have not received. When I tried to cancel the order I was told it was in route That was over a month ago.

Now, I don't have my money or the item. I am going to report them to the Better Business Bureau!

I was at one time very pleased, where I find myself ordering in a monthly basic, up until I needed to exchange items for bigger size, then I received no answer. Not good customer service. There is no reason a customer cannot reach out easy from company. It shows lack of respect and very much embarrassing to say the least.
