Yall SUCK!... I'M NOT GOING BK AND FORTH WITH YOU...

- Wants to return item and exchange for yellow bottoms to match the yellow top; asks for a simple process.
Very difficult to get refund
Y'all suck!... I'm not going back and forth with you...
I've been sending emails for 2 weeks... all I want to do is return an item and replace it with the yellow bottoms that go with the yellow top I purchased... I'm not understanding how to return... you didn't ask for all the hard stuff when I sent my money...
I'm 65 years old... make it simple for me to return and exchange for the item I want.

Only part of my was received
I ordered 5 items. Received only 2.
The entire order was charged and billed to my credit card. I don't know if the items will be sent in the future.

I have no tracking information on an item that I purchased, and $76 was taken out of my account on 04-25-26.
- No human to speak to
User's recommendation: I ordered a dress for my birthday. Paid online and never received a tracking number. I called the customer service line and it was a fast busy. I have sent an email and started a chat with customer service. It has been 24 hours and no answer and no refund for my $76

I placed this order on 4/3/26 and received it on 4/13/26. The quality of the material wasn't what I expected. I submitted a request for a return label on 4/13/26 and have not received it. I've tried to submit a request twice this week but received a message that my email or order number was incorrect.
