I ordered as a guest. The return process will only occur if you have your order number, which is not on the package or in the package, and there is no way to look up your order without it. So, I'm stuck with a bunch of clothing that does not fit.

When they responded I was glad now I will see if they refund me. They need to work on their return site it does not work and it would be nice if there was a telephone number to get help when trying to return something
