I gave you details. I paid for two skirts and received one, and you're not answering the phone.

You pick the phone up and don't say anything, then hang it back up. And then leave it off the hook.

U sold out of dress nd I bought on afterpay nd u r still taking a payment for a dress u don't have in stock to send me.

I contacted the company, and they assured me that I would get a return slip. This was 5 days ago. This will be my last order from the company.

These items are made poorly. The lining is a little short, so the outside is not flat.

The fit is terrible. The other jacket had no shape. It was like a tent. The faux leather has a chemical smell.

I tried calling customer service.

First, you need to get a code. When you enter the code and dial the number, you get a fast busy signal.

I received the skirt but not the matching blazer, and I ordered them both at the same time. I need it as soon as possible, please.

I placed my order with this company and have not received it horrible service I am still waiting I will not purchase from them again they advertise nice clothes the service is horrible you can talk to no one very horrible they dont deserve no stars

No one has sent me the return labels for the merchandise I purchased from your company would like for your company to respond so I can return your merchandise and refund my credit card I used to purchase your merchandise

I purchased an item in January that I still have not received. When I tried to cancel the order I was told it was in route That was over a month ago.

Now, I don't have my money or the item. I am going to report them to the Better Business Bureau!

Order # HBB0370**** didn't deliver 24 Mar 2025. Need date was 29 Mar 2025.

I submitted a email request, was stated I would not receive until 8 Apr 2025.

I have requested my refund back on three occasions. As of 28 Mar 2025, I have received no refund or response to the two emails sent earlier today.

Where is my refund for the dress? I have never received the dress. No one has contacted me about the refund.
